Today, Volcano Coffee exports Specialty and Premium Uganda Coffees to buyers across multiple continents. Every shipment carries the same commitment: full documentation, verified quality, and a supply partner you can rely on season after season.

Uganda has been producing and exporting coffee for centuries. But too often, the journey from Ugandan farms to international buyer has been long, opaque, and marked by unnecessary intermediaries that dilute both quality and farmer income. Volcano coffee was built to change that.
We established direct relationships with smallholder farmers and producer cooperatives across Uganda’s most productive regions — Bugishu, Rwenzori, Central, and West Nile, Kigezi for coffee. By working directly at origin, we control quality at every stage, ensure fair prices reach the farmers who grow our products, and give our buyers the traceability that modern international trade demands.
Founded by Gerald Katabazi , Volcano Coffee is located in the heart of kampala city ,Nakawa . With our coffee value addition agenda , We source green coffee and export, operate a roastary and a coffee training academy .
